Our "House by the Sea" is located 100 yards from the beach, offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the entire South end of Tybee Island.

With six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a loft,  two living rooms, two kitchens, and two laundry rooms, this is the perfect venue for long, relaxing vacations, large family gatherings, business retreats, and get-aways with your friends.

Set in a lush, tropical garden, this turn-of-the-century cottage is furnished in a casual, yet luxurious, decor.

Easily divided into separate units, you may choose the lower level, the upper level, or the entire cottage. Sleeps twenty-two comfortably.
 

This cottage is the crowning jewel of Tybee Island. The lower level features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, full kitchen, and laundry facilities. With a queen bed, 2 double beds, 1 double/single bunk bed, a single bed, and double futon. It sleeps 12 comfortably.

The upper level features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a loft, living room, full kitchen, and laundry facilities. With a queen bed, 4 twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a double futon. It sleeps 10 comfortably.

With the exception of the children's downstairs bedroom, each bedroom has a private access to the porches.

Each level offers heating/air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, telephone, washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffeemaker. Towels and linens are included.
